Very Cool, the Coton is featured in the March issue of Dog World magazine. Check out the nice but brief article on our favorite breed!

The Official Petition
Ok Folks, this is the "official" petition!
If you are against the Coton de Tulear becoming recognized as an AKC breed, please sign it.
This is the link :
http://www.thepetitionsite.com/429/petition-to-protest-against-akc-recognition-for-cotons
The results of the poll will be sent to the AKC so that they may see how the vast majority of the Coton world does not support the breed going to the AKC. If they do not see this as the economic bonanza they expect it to be perhaps our breed will look less attractive.
The AKC support and encourages puppy mills, as evidenced by the mere fact they will allow registrations of puppy mill dogs, attendance at puppy auctions, and support of the Hunte co.
We must protect the Coton from having the increased numbers being an AKC breed will bring.
Please sign now!
